Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luxuluxolight.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
